1. Acceptance

By using RapidFetch Suite (the extensions and website at rapidfetch.io), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

RapidFetch Suite is a collection of browser extensions for YouTube creators. The extensions extract publicly available data, repurpose content, analyze comments, and provide competitive intelligence. All extraction happens locally in your browser.

3. Usage Limits

Free accounts include unlimited single-video extractions plus a limited number of bulk runs per day (counted per device). Pro accounts (from $9/month founding, $15/month standard) receive unlimited usage under a fair-use policy. Limits reset daily at midnight UTC. To prevent abuse, bulk extraction may be temporarily paused on a device used to cycle through multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RapidFetch Suite only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with YouTube's Terms of Service and applicable copyright laws. Do not use RapidFetch Suite to extract content you do not have the right to access or redistribute.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

Pro and Business subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor (LemonSqueezy, acting as merchant of record). You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior (e.g., circumventing rate limits).

7. Disclaimer

RapidFetch Suite is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that extracted data will always be available or accurate.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
